Starters

Comte and gruyere souffle leek fondue
Smoked haddock chowder, poached hen egg
Pulled confit duck leg and pork croque es, saffron aioli
Po ed crab, grilled sourdough

Main Courses

Roasted cauliflower, shallot puree, salsa verde, hazelnuts, cranberry sauce
Acadian tor ere; spiced beef and pork pie, creamy mushroom sauce
Bu er poached salmon, roasted leeks, celeriac dauphinoise (note crispy leeks)
Roast turkey breast roulade, sage and pork stuffing, honey glazed carrots and parsnips

Bread and bu er pudding
