Creme parmentiere, (french style leek and potato soup, with cream , butter and parmesan)
Cajun crab cakes, saffron aioli
Black pudding, red chicory, onion compote, crispy hen’s egg
Grilled halloumi salad, curly endive, pomegranate, beetroot, blood orange, poppy seed dressing

Main Courses

Stuffed rabbit saddle, lentil and bacon stew, cavolo nero
Confit guinea fowl leg, quince, rainbow chard, chorizo
Jerusalem artichoke risotto, poached egg, crispy kale
Red mullet, mash potato, sautéed spinach, caper, lemon, brown shrimp butter sauce
